Contents
The seminar deals with current tax law problems in the legal areas of the master’s degree lectures offered (Tax Code & Fiscal Court Code, Income Tax Law, International and European Tax Law). These are examined by seminar participants, prepared in a seminar paper and finally presented and discussed in the seminar. Students are thus offered the opportunity to deepen their knowledge in an interdisciplinary interface between law and economics. In this way, the seminar imparts skills that are not only applicable to the preparation of a master's degree thesis but are also of practical importance in terms of professional activity in the field of tax law.
Literature
At the first meeting the students will be given a judicial and references in order to facilitate the introduction to the topic.
