Contents
In this seminar, current problems of tax law are examined in relation to a specific topic. The participants of the seminar are thus offered the opportunity to deepen their knowledge in an interdisciplinary interface between law and economics. Students write an academic paper and present their theses in the seminar for discussion. They are introduced to academic work. In this way the seminar imparts skills that are of practical importance to anyone involved in professional activity in the field of tax law.

At the first meeting the students will be given a judicial and references in order to facilitate the introduction to the topic.
